4. Bookings and Payments

Donkeyman Records reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been received or where circumstances require cancellation.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a client fails to attend a scheduled booking without notice, Donkeyman Records may retain any deposit paid and may charge for the reserved time.

Donkeyman Records reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, illness, safety concerns, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their original creative works.

Donkeyman Records retains ownership of:

• Website content
• Branding and logos
• Educational materials
• Promotional content
• Business systems and processes
• Content created by Donkeyman Records that is not specifically commissioned by the client

Clients grant Donkeyman Records a non-exclusive right to reference completed projects for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Content and Media Consent

Donkeyman Records regularly captures photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, podcasts, live streams, and promotional content.

By attending events, workshops, open mic nights, performances, or visiting our premises, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Where required by law, consent will be obtained before publishing identifiable content.

Donkeyman Records may use approved media for marketing, promotional, educational, archival, and commercial purposes.

8. Merchandise and Product Sales

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
