Refund Policy

At Donkeyman Records Pty Ltd, we strive to provide high quality products and services.

Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase, booking a service, or attending an event.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind.

This includes:

• Merchandise purchases
• Studio bookings
• Recording sessions
• Mixing and mastering services
• Photography and videography services
• Event tickets and registrations
• Digital products and downloadable content

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Deposits and Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Donkeyman Records.

Deposits are used to reserve studio time, equipment, staff resources, and venue availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled booking does not entitle the client to a refund.

Cancellations

If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, any payments already made may be forfeited at the discretion of Donkeyman Records.

In some circumstances, we may choose to offer a rescheduled booking or credit, however this is not guaranteed.

Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and creative services, refunds are generally not available once:

• Work has commenced
• Files have been delivered
• Downloads have been accessed
• Services have been completed

Merchandise Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service:

• Has a major fault
• Is significantly different from its description
• Is not provided with reasonable care and skill
• Is not fit for its intended purpose

Where required by law, Donkeyman Records will provide an appropriate remedy including repair, replacement, refund, or re-performance of services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs where applicable

We will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
