Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By booking with Donkeyman Records, you agree to the following terms. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. Clients who fail to attend a booking without notice may be charged the full booking amount. Late arrivals will reduce the available session time and may still be charged for the full booked period. Donkeyman Records reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, illness, or events beyond our control. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
